Enrolment & Bookings:
Bookings are made on a first in basis, and accepted with the following conditions-
2. If your child does not attend Before and/or After School Care but is enrolled at EPS-
Bookings are made on a first in basis, and accepted with the following conditions-
- There are no fees outstanding from before/after school care or previous vacation care bookings
- Enrolment is completed in full, including providing health care plans, medication & any other required forms (e.g. court orders)
- Bookings are made within the booking period only (children who have a permanent booking in before/after care get priority for the first two days of the booking week)
- If your child currently attends Before and/or After School Care (i.e. your child has a current permanent booking)-
- You do not need to re-enrol
- You do not need to pay a separate membership
- If you wish to book your child in for the April holidays-complete the booking form below
- Please ensure you download/read the information sheet ( please see below)
- Please take note of when bookings are open & all associated conditions (OOSH children will have an early booking period before open to others)
- A reminder that bookings will not be accepted where fees are not up to date
2. If your child does not attend Before and/or After School Care but is enrolled at EPS-
- You need to enrol by completing an enrolment form in full, including child & parent CRN’s (one form per child). Please note incomplete forms or forms that are not legible will not be accepted. (please see form below)
- Enrolment forms need to be returned with a copy of your child’s immunisation certificate
- As we are an incorporated service, membership is payable- $15 per family, per holiday period.
- If you wish to book your child in for the April holidays-complete the booking form below
- Please ensure you download/read the information sheet (please see below)
- Please take note of when bookings are open & all associated conditions (please see below)
PLEASE NOTE booking forms will be available March 16th. Bookings open at 9am for OOSH children.

Xplor App:
We use the the Xplor App at our Centre to sign the children in and out. Which means that families will have to down load the App and invite family members that they wish to drop off/pick up their children. Please see below for details on how to join and invite others.
Please make sure that anyone dropping off or picking up your child/ren has created a pin. (everyone will need a mobile number and pin to sign children in and out)
PLEASE NOTE: no one is to use someone else phone number and pin. Everyone MUST have their own.
Remember to log out at the bottom right of the screen when signing in/out your child.
If your child is going to be away you can notify us through the app.
