Earlwood Caring for Kids Inc. has added vacation care to their scope of services provided, from April 2026, for students of Earlwood Public School. We are licensed for a maximum of 79 children and cannot exceed these places. Vacation care runs from 7.00am to 6.00pm.
Vacation care, just as before & after school care, continues to be separate to the school and part of our community based, not for profit, incorporated service. Therefore, separate enrolment is required, and all other associated conditions must be met to book for vacation care. This includes, but is not limited to, requirements around membership & associated costs, health care plans & associated medications being provided before a child’s vacation care booking & meeting all procedures around drop off, pick up, payment of fees and non-use of mobiles on the premises.
Our mission for vacation care builds on our service mission ‘Where friendships, learning & well-being go beyond the school day’ to include ‘trying new things, seeing new places & having lots of fun!’
