Management Committee
A voluntary group of parents/guardians comprise the Management Committee of ECFKI. The committee decides matters of policy, fees, compliance, staffing and all matters relating to the running of the Centre. The Management Committee employ an Accounts Administrator to handle all administrative matters such as wages, fees, banking, and the like as well as to liaise specific financial matters between the Committee and educators. The Management Committee employ a Director and Coordinator to handle matters such as staffing, programs, enrolment, bookings and all other matters related to the daily operation of the service. New parents/guardians are welcome to join the Committee when the AGM is held each year.

The Centre’s Annual General Meeting is in March of every year.
We meet twice a term to ensure the Centre operates as per legal requirements & in an effective and professional manner. All parent members are welcome to attend committee meetings (please RSVP by email). |
